As an Assistant Branch Manager reporting into the Branch Manager, your duties will include:
* working closely with the branch manager to ensure that sales targets and compliance standards are achieved. * assisting in managing, motivating and counselling of staff to achieve high performance standards * Provide cover on the counter when busy * Assisting branch customers with enquiries * General Admin duties
This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who loves being busy, interacting with clients and can work to targets. You will need to have a good background in customer services with strong communication skills both written and verbal. You must be well presented and have the ability of working towards targets. As strong advantage would be if you came from a financial background but not essential.

This is a wonderful company to work for who really look after and their staff and offer superb support. You will be working within a small team who all work closely together. This is a busy role which will involves a lot of client interaction.
As a Customer Consultant reporting into the Branch Manager, your duties will include:
* respond to all branch general enquiries including savings, mortgages and general insurance * provide general assistance on day to day banking issues * Provide cover on the counter when busy * Booking appointments for customers who require regulated advice for mortgages etc * to meet individual targets as determined by line manager * Outbound calls to clients as and when directed by Branch Manager.

3. P/T CUSTOMER CONSULTANT - SAFFRON WALDEN - £15K PRO RATA

This is a wonderful company to work for who really look after and their staff and offer superb support. You will be working within a small team of 6 who all work closely together. This is a busy role which will involve a lot of inbound calls and some possible outbound calling.
As a Customer Consultant reporting into the Customer Contact Manager, your duties will include:
* respond to all enquiries including savings, mortgages and general insurance * provide mortgage and insurance quotations for potential borrowers * Provide quotations to assisting borrowers wishing to switch their mortgages * Booking appointments for customers who require regulated advice * to meet individual targets as determined by line manager
This is a great opening for someone who likes to be on the phones and has an interest within general banking (insurances and mortgages). You will need to have strong communication skills, the ability to organise and most importantly follow instruction and regulations very carefully.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday from 11:00 -3:00.
