You must be a good communicator on the telephone with a can-do attitude and a passion for achieving targets. A competitive edge will help you in some of these roles but you must have good attention to detail. Literacy is a must with our clients and you may be tested on this.
Some of our clients will be expecting you to cold call business to business whereas others may simply receive inbound sales calls. In other organisations the role will be about adding value to their customers - answering questions, resolving issues and problems and so on.
