You will be dealing with clients on a daily basis in this role. It is about maintaining relationships with them and resolving any problems. You will be helping set up new clients on the system and answer any questions that they mayhave on the specialist service that you offer.
The ideal person will be confident on the phone and assertive when necessary, clear and professional at all times and calm under pressure.
This is a strong team environment and you must be a team player. You must be able to prioritise your workload and also be tactful with irate customers.

You must be a good communicator on the telephone with a can-do attitude and a passion for achieving targets.
