Want to learn how to be a successful recruiter? Are you looking for a role that pays good commission? Do you have previous telesales experience?
We are a small independent recruitment company that is expanding. Don't believe all you read in the papers, there are jobs out there but there are now more people looking for them. Can you learn to read people, gain their trust and know how to represent them so as to sell their skills to your clients? Can you cold call and gain appointments so as to pick up jobs to work on? If you have previous telesales experience then this can be taught. You should have previous business to business telesales experience. A very strong work ethic, a 24/7 attitude, is required.
This is a role that is hard work. It is not a nine to five job - far from it. You will need to be a car driver with access to a car and a computer at home. You will have to be someone that works and networks at odd times or can spot an opportunity and take it when it arises.
On the plus side we are located in the town centre and you will get excellent training that should lead to a role as a recruiter later in your career as you gain promotion.
