2. TEMP SOUS CHEF - WARE - £market Rate - 2 months no split shifts
This is a well established restaurant offering modern British Cuisine. All the food is prepared fresh.
The role is to last until September and will be on a Monday, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 9pm each day including lunch and dinner service. You'll probably be on starters, maybe some desserts and dcold larder sections but may do some sauce and grill. There will be some functions to cater for too, such as weddings etc.

3. WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR - HERTFORD - £26-28k

You will need to be someone with good warehouse supervisory experience and an FLT licence. This is a hands on role so you will need to be able to do some manual picking and packing. Some of the responsibilities in the Warehouse include:
Ensure order fulfilment to customer service targets
Ensure stock controlled accurately and to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
Manage tasks/jobs etc as they arise to ensure the warehouse meets targets
Manage warehouse personnel
Deliver processes to meet company standards for ongoing quality and improvement
Ensure health and safety practices are met
You should have experience of working to high GMP and health and safety standards, knowledge of computer based stock control and people management skills and experience. It is required that you have worked to ISO9001 and have experience of continuous improvement techniques / lean implementation. A FLT licence is required for this role, counter-balance and if you have reach as well that would be excellent.
It would be desirable to have some knowledge of ISO14001, project management, budget management, working with hazardous materials, dangerous goods transportation and bar code systems. None of these are essential though.
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive attitude, able to lead a team and work within it, and be a good communicator. The hours are just day shift with an 8am start and you should be flexible and willing to work weekends if required.
