Working within a small team, you’ll provide a professional mail and facilities service in line with customer contract requirements.This is a multi-skilled role covering four key service lines and you’ll be cross-trained to work on all of these as directed. The role also entails a small amount of programming of Document Composition and other production systems.
The four main areas are Mail, Print, Scanning, and Programming and it would be advantageous if you had experience in these areas of the print or direct mail industry. The main experience you will have is:
Understanding of reprographics, scanning and output
Knowledge of computer systems and some programming experience
High regard for customer service and quality
Proactive, courteous and positive attitude to clients
PC Literate (Windows and Office)
Willingness and ability to be cross trained and pro-actively source new work
Strong attention to detail to ensure procedures are adhered to and are appropriate, measured and correct
Ability to integrate into a committed and friendly team
Use initiative in the day to day running of the section
Smart and presentable appearance (uniform provided)
