1. NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / ACCOUNT MANAGER - £25-40k d.o.e.

Well established international company, based in Hong Kong and with a satellite office in North London.  They are a growing comapny and looking to expand the UK operation by engaging a Business Development / Account Manager with marketing and sales skills.

The role will be about cold calling, field sales, marketing and much more.  In time the successful candidate will be a department head to head up the Uk sales and marketing side.    You will initially need to travel to Hong Kong for induction and to understand the product ranges so you must be willing to do this and maybe to travel there on occasions if the job demands. 

The role will then set about establishing new business by B2B calling and selling, face to face or over the phone.   You will be working independently and can work much of the time from home or pop into the office when needed in Bounds Green.

You must be able to show a track record of new business development and of account management.  Previous supervisory or management skills would be a definite advantage.

2. SALES ADMIN & FACILITATOR - HARLOW - £16k

Joining this well established and secure company will afford you five weeks holiday each year and free parking on site along with other benefits. 

The tasks will include:

  • Recording customer enquiries, progressing enquiries
  • Typing quotations for forwarding to to the customer
  • Checking with customers that they have all the information that they need and it has arrived with them
  • Maintaining company sales records and compiling sales reports
  • Telemarketing with prospective new customers
  • Cover each other in the team

On a daily basis the role will include:

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Checking for incoming emails and responding
  • Maintaining computer recordsEntering sales orders onto the computer
  • Check pricing of orders going out and that delivery information is correct
  • Upkeep of enquiry log
  • Maintain sales order and customer manual filing systems

On a monthly basis you will be producing month end reports for the Directors.

The basic hours are 8am to 4.45pm with 30 minute lunch on Monday to Thursday and then 8am to 1pm on Friday.

The successful applicant will have good general PC skills including word and excel.   They will be a strong communicator verbally and also in writing with good basic mathematical skills.   Basic French language skills would be desirable as well.  You will receive training in sales and presentation skills but must have already got some experience with filing and record keeping.

The ideal candidate will be self disciplined and motivated and able to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cheerful and polite disposition.

3. SALES AGENT - HODDESDON - ££ BIG BUCKS - Self employed 50% comm

This company is relatively new but was set up by a couple of experienced industry people and they offer a superb opportunity to earn big bucks.    The people are all really nice and the product comes with a strong USP.  50% commission of profit on everything!

You must be a good sales person with strong field sales exec experience and this must be within either software sales or photocopier sales.  Closing the deal must be important to you and the very important USP here is that the after sales service is market leading and in an industry that people move suppliers for this very reason!
