You should be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with good practice experience and probably 1-2 years post qualification experience in practice as well.
The role will consist of myriad tasks that will include some audit, some accounts tax, portfolio management and the usual accounts work that is expected. There will be some guidance required for people who are doing their exams still and the role is intended to lead to a management role in the future.
