My client is an extremely well established practice in the City Centre with a strong customer base and excellent facilities. The staff there really add value and there is free parking onsite at these wonderful offices.
One of the partners will be retiring shortly and we are looking for a fully qualified practice accountant to take this tranche over. We will be looking at people already working at fee earner level such as senior manager, PA to Partner, Partner designate or even sole trader or partner in a small firm.
Ideally you will have a tranche of business to bring to the table but we would expect you to be someone who can grow and build the business by making contacts etc, maybe networking or getting referrals.
The qualification can be ACCA or ACA but the main thing is that you are a strong technical practice person who can make clients stay with the company and sign up with us for their work. You must be able to lead the employees so strong people skills are obviously imperative.
